At Bradley Home Furnishings, we want you to love your new space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective padding included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Once your RA is approved, we will coordinate a freight pickup for large items or provide a shipping label for smaller home decor pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
